application based on the HSM template will display a nag
message upon start.
- All the VIs based on the template
must have names starting with "Demo_"
- In versions 1.1 and higher the Actions and
Events Usage screens are not available. These
screens clearly show where (in which state(s)/transition(s))
and how a particular event or action is used.
Moreover, if after selecting an instance on the
list, the Go To button is pressed, it makes the main
screen jump to respective location in the HSM
structure. In the case of Actions Usage
screen, the respective action case is also displayed
on the block diagram. Thus, these screens provide a
different cross-section of the HSM data set and an
additional way to navigate it.
- The maximum number of states, events, and
actions you can create in one HSM module is limited
to 10,10, and 15 respectively

at the NI
website. It is not installed in a separate folder as
a separate version of LabVIEW. It
just updates the current LabVIEW 7.1 installation.
Please note, that we recommend to perform this
update and will no longer provide the LabHSM
download for LabVIEW version
7.1.
